2023 KMBO Holiday Evergreens Fundraiser
KMBO is holding a holiday evergreens fundraiser through Sherwood Forest Farms, running from now until 11/1. Holiday decorations are a wonderful way to get into the seasonal spirit and they make great gifts!

There are two types of delivery offered for this fundraiser.

You can order items for local delivery/pickup. On the products page, the first set of items (“Local Distribution”) will be shipped to Kennesaw Mountain High, and we will deliver them to the home or business that placed the order or have them ready to be picked up.

You can order items to ship directly to the location. If someone wants items shipped directly to them, order from the “Direct Delivery” items. These have a higher price, due to shipping.
All items will start shipping just after Thanksgiving!
There are 2 ways tp participate in the 2023 Holiday Evergreens Fundraiser!

Method 1 - Direct Purchase (easiest method):
​
Go to our Holiday Evergreens Store and directly purchase the items you want. Share the code with family and friends, so they can shop, too!

If having items shipped to anyone outside the KMHS area, or delivered directly to their home, make sure their correct shipping address is entered.

There will be a credit card service charge using this method.

Method 2 - Sell and Collect:
​
Step 1: Register as a Seller
This will help us track which KMBO family made the sale, in case we have questions about shipping, delivery, or payment.

To create your Sherwood Forest Farms’ participant account, click the link below. Once you are registered, you will be able to view your orders placed on our group website. To access your participant account after registration, click on the “Participant Login” button in the upper right-hand side of our group website. Step 2: Purchase or Sell
Download the flyer and email/text/post to your friends and family. Have them request an order from you and collect their payment.
Log in and go to our band sales page to collect sales information:

If you sell to yourself, a friend, a church, or any other group, you’ll need to enter the info onto the form. Collect payment from them to provide to KMBO by the last sales date. We have decided to not use manual forms for this action to avoid entry errors and lost paperwork.
All the product information can be easily seen on the web page and flyer, but if you want printed catalogs, message Kevin in the Band app or email him at president@kmband.org.
Step 3: Collect money and turn it in
We collect all the money upfront and pay the fundraising company in one lump sum. Please complete all orders and submit payments to KMBO by 11/1. You can collect the money from your “customers” and give a single check, or you can have them write a check to us (pay to ‘KMBO’). You can drop checks in the Green Box. Do not mail!
Step 4: Help us deliver!

Once the local delivery items arrive, we’ll need a team to help bring the holiday cheer to your customers. Look for the volunteer sign-up registration after Thanksgiving.
